I fully support affordable housing here on west side. As a resident now for over 13 years, every time I think I’m at the right stage to be a home owner there is some new govt issue that prevents that. Land ownership has time after time been unaffordable and I hope this truly means it will be affordable housing and I’m a home owner. Able to make changes to my own home as I’d like and not have some housing agency tell me what I can and can’t do in my yard
