I support the bill for affordable housing on the west side of Maui. It gives hope to our family and future generations to afford owning a home in Lahaina don’t have to move away to the mainland
I support this Bill #152 we need to get our Hawaiian people on our land it’s about time we need to move forward and get our people And our future children a place to live.
I support to pass this bill. Being born and raised in Lahaina has made me realize how little housing there is for the people of Lahaina. I support this for the better of our future and to have affordable housing for future generations.
Being born and raised in the island of Maui and growing up moving from house to house because pricing went up and my family never being able to buy a house to live in forever because of the pricing has only made me grow more and more angry at the people who don’t even live here full time. Passing this bill will impact so many natives in such a positive way!
As born and raised in Lahaina I fully support the bill for affordable homes. Maui has too many houses being sold to people who only live here part time or only rent out the home.

Being born and raised in Lahaina I am totally for this bill and project. This is and the only thing closest to owning a HOME on Maui for me and my children who has rooted themselves in the mainland because Maui is to expensive to live🙏🏼
We are a family of 4 always live in lahaina we support this project because the high prices on this side of the island were we love rise our family please keep in mind young families on a low income the we dream about to own a house .
Can't imagine why anyone would Oppose. In my opinion because I am middle class, I believe all middle lower-class people are very hard workers that put in super long hours. The fact that housing is unattainable for all these people tells me something is terribly wrong!
