Everyone I have spoken to about making all OR any condo in Maui long term only has spoken/expressed words of disbelief and non constitutionally correct. If this is ONLY Lahaina strong in support then is it really in support of the whole community say yes to resolution 26-129. This is your bread and water, butter included. This is my opinion however we are a vital economic presence.
We at Makani Sands have cared so much about doing the correct environmental protection with constructing a seawall exactly to requirements and in addition allowing access to all community through our property (and using our beach chairs). Then people who didn’t care and haven’t done anything with the erosion are exempt from Bill 9. This seems it should be reviewed and reversed.
