-I support the Maui County Council urging the State to immediately revoke all commercial permits for this activity to protect the health and safety of the public.

-Please urge the State to pass legislation to regulate this activity like has been done for jet skis.

-This watercraft is a serious threat and potentially fatal to humans and marine life.

-It’s like flying through the water with a submerged samurai sword!

-Please don’t wait for someone in our community to be maimed or killed. Take immediate action to protect our health and safety.

Please do not allow commercial foil boarding in Ka'anapali. 45 years here & I keep seeing each year Ka'anapali becomes less of a joyous destination and more of a commercial zoo.

Foil boards are dangerous for swimmers and some marine life as well.

    Thank you!

E foil or commercial use of jet skis or anything like that on the north side of Black rock up to Airport beach should not be allowed. I swim here almost every day. Many of us to. Really bad spot for commercial use of water crafts.
