Here to support the owner-occupied properties that are without water and sewer. All the TVR owner comments from prior meeting are all the same and they want everything like no tax and not going to rent to locals and as much per night as they can get and maybe if they want to help they can rent or even sell to a local. Lahaina Shores is right in the middle of town. How much money do those owners make a year. They need to pay or sell and to say how sad they are with no income very sad.
Please limit tax relief to residents. To give tax relief to TVR properties that already make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year and ruin our communities is not right. Lahaina Roads, Lahaina Shores and Puamana owners are more than able to pay their fair share. Do not let the foreign investors fail to give back via property tax.
