Aloha, GREAT Committee. I apologize for the late testimony. I am in full support of Victor Lesa for the Commission on Persons with Disabilities. I have known Vic for three years and he is one of the best people that I know. Vic has worked tirelessly to promote accessibility and rights of disabled people, and he himself was in a wheelchair so he understands how difficult it is to be disabled in a built environment designed for the able-bodied. I believe that fighting for what is right is a part of his character as he is a Marine and combat veteran. Vic is also kind and always quick with a joke. He could be Mayor, or a Council Member, but for the time being I'm supporting him for CPD. Mahalo! Johann Peter Lall
