Opposing this…. Look at the lahaina harbor new pier it has caused different currents and the shoreline running to shark pit has changed as well. Some properties have gained more shore front since the harbor pier, not a bad thing for some but for others must mean less.

strongly oppose any interference in nature - especially using my tax dollars!
