I would like to bring attention to the need for speed bumps along Kehalani Mauka Parkway in Wailuku, particular in the area near Pu'u Kukui elementary and Kehalani Mauka park. I have observed drivers speeding in excess of 60mph in this area on a regular basis despite the posted speed limit being 20mph. It's a danger to our keiki and to residents in general.
