    Aloha, I would like to provide a video as my testimony in support of this wetlands bill. I live and work in the wetlands of Kula Kai and we need your help.

    Developers such as Peter Savio are aggressively trying to build on top of our Waipuilani Gulch and other wetlands in Kihei. Savio admitted in a public speech that he will not do anything about the flooding issues in the area nor will he provide any infrastructure to mitigate flooding.

    If this wetlands bill were in place then our community would not have to fight constantly with this type of development disaster! This video should be all I need to say. This area must be protected! This video shows what happens when our wetlands are not protected and it is getting worse every year!
