I am writing in strong support for 8th, 9th and 13th. As I am able I will comment on others that I am not as familiar with, and, these three mentioned, I do find important and critical. I equally commend the Committee members in pointing out superb alternatives when and where able. I would like to also extend gratitude to the Charter Commission for an ambitious body of work of late.
