The amendments having to do with elections are a rehash of proposals voted down yeats ago! If on the ballot, I will vote NO AGAIN! Also one about Mayor ad department heads is once again trying to maneuver around mayors office and again is a power grab by Council. NO again. About the only proposal I might consider is the one about fines and dropping max so council can, by ordinance, levy fines. I see this package failing and for the most art a waste of time!
