The minutes from the 1.22.22 GREAT Committee meeting indicated that the terms of this settlement Resolution have already been recommended by the GREAT Committee for approval by the full Council. Further, it appears the Resolution posted on Friday's 3.4.22 County Council meeting agenda does not satisfy the requirements of Maui County Code Section 3.16.020 which mandates that any Settlement Resolution specify the terms of the settlement. The Resolution posted on the 3.4.22 does not at all specify the terms of this settlement.
