    BFED-75 KEPANIWAI HERITAGE GARDENS IMPROVEMENTS
    After listening to Kumu Robinson, I would encourage this intergovernmental effort to secure the school she speaks of with liability insurance or point them to a non-profit that would help lift this load. An absolute must. Mahalo Kumu Robinson for an extremely important and emotional issue.
