    The Wailuku Redevelopment Area must be regulated with strict zoning, building codes and environmental review because developers will take advantage of this proposed flexibility to the town's determent. The quality of our Maui lifestyle has already been decimated from over developement, overtourism and airline paths. Wailuku is our last town with a unique quality that needs to be cherished by monitoring development.
