    Council Member Keani N.W. Rawlins-Fernandez, Vice-Chair

    Aloha and good morning Chair Molina and members of the Committee. I stand on my previous testimony, submitted as a private citizen and mother, but would like to emphasize that I support strict liability because this ordinance needs to be enforceable in order to deter underage drinking and protect our families.
