Aloha My name is Evelyn Goo I am testifying in support of Don Guzman retaining his job. Don Guzman was an Attorney in his own practice before becoming Council member an then moving on to become Prosecuting Attorney he took an oath to uphold the law and all that that entails,that being said I find it hard to believe that he would "Violate County Policy". I believe that a Full investigation needs to be done on this matter.I must say that I am very disturbed to learn that "Resignation Letters" were required by the Mayor before any Department heads could be appointed to their position I believe that to be Unethical.Iam asking that a full investigation be done and that Don Guzman not be removed at this time.
