FIRST READING of bill to grant a Change in Zoning from Interim District, to B-CT Country Town Business District and to Public/Quasi-Public (Conditional Zoning) for property located at Paia, Maui, Hawaii, comprising of approximately 1.10 acres, and 2.93 acres, respectively; and identified for real property tax purposes as two portions of tax map key (2) 2-5-005:063, for the proposed Paia Courtyard project; 3. RECORDATION of the unilateral agreement; and 4. FILING of communication.
